Mason home prices rise in October 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2019 in Mason rose by $49,950 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2019, there were 48 homes sold, with a median sale price of $254,950 - a 24.4% increase over the $205,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 64 homes sold in Mason in October 2018.
