Franklin home prices rise in September 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2019 in Franklin rose by $23,500 while total sales decreased by 16.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2019, there were 36 homes sold, with a median sale price of $143,500 - a 19.6% increase over the $120,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 43 homes sold in Franklin in September 2018.
