Pleasant Plain home prices rise in September 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2019 in Pleasant Plain rose by $28,750 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2019, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $228,750 - a 14.4% increase over the $200,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Pleasant Plain in September 2018, as well.
