Springboro home prices rise in September 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2019 in Springboro rose by $61,500 while total sales increased by 75%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2019, there were 42 homes sold, with a median sale price of $294,750 - a 26.4% increase over the $233,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 24 homes sold in Springboro in September 2018.
