Five Points home prices fall in September 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2019 in Five Points fell by $116,950 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2019, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $362,500 - a 24.4% decrease over the $479,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Five Points in September 2018.
