Hunter home prices fall in August 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2019 in Hunter fell by $10,500 while total sales decreased by 60%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2019, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $103,750 - a 9.2% decrease over the $114,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Hunter in August 2018.
