Franklin home prices fall in August 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2019 in Franklin fell by $24,650 while total sales decreased by 16.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2019, there were 36 homes sold, with a median sale price of $120,250 - a 17% decrease over the $144,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 43 homes sold in Franklin in August 2018.
