Carlisle home prices fall in August 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2019 in Carlisle fell by $11,050 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2019, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $135,950 - a 7.5% decrease over the $147,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Carlisle in August 2018.
