Springboro home prices rise in August 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2019 in Springboro rose by $15,000 while total sales remained unchanged with 41 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2019, there were 41 homes sold, with a median sale price of $265,000 - a 6% increase over the $250,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 41 homes sold in Springboro in August 2018, as well.
