Lebanon home prices rise in July 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2019 in Lebanon rose by $3,000 while total sales increased by 13.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2019, there were 67 homes sold, with a median sale price of $205,000 - a 1.5% increase over the $202,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 59 homes sold in Lebanon in July 2018.
