Morrow home prices rise in July 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2019 in Morrow rose by $25,200 while total sales increased by 8.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2019, there were 26 homes sold, with a median sale price of $236,450 - a 11.9% increase over the $211,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 24 homes sold in Morrow in July 2018.
