Pleasant Plain home prices rise in July 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2019 in Pleasant Plain rose by $256,300 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2019, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $300,000 - a 586.5% increase over the $43,700 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Pleasant Plain in July 2018.
