Five Points home prices fall in July 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2019 in Five Points fell by $50 while total sales increased by 233.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2019, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $386,950 - a 0% decrease over the $387,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Five Points in July 2018.
