Franklin home prices rise in June 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2019 in Franklin rose by $28,000 while total sales increased by 10.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2019, there were 41 homes sold, with a median sale price of $155,000 - a 22% increase over the $127,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 37 homes sold in Franklin in June 2018.
