Hunter home prices fall in May 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2019 in Hunter fell by $32,750 while total sales remained unchanged with four homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2019, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $101,500 - a 24.4% decrease over the $134,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Hunter in May 2018, as well.
