Mason home prices rise in May 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2019 in Mason rose by $25,500 while total sales decreased by 22.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2019, there were 51 homes sold, with a median sale price of $253,000 - a 11.2% increase over the $227,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 66 homes sold in Mason in May 2018.
