Pleasant Plain home prices rise in April 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2019 in Pleasant Plain rose by $7,650 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2019, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $143,950 - a 5.6% increase over the $136,300 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Pleasant Plain in April 2018.
