Deerfield Township home prices fall in April 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2019 in Deerfield Township fell by $8,450 while total sales increased by 1350%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2019, there were 29 homes sold, with a median sale price of $255,000 - a 3.2% decrease over the $263,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Deerfield Township in April 2018.
