Lebanon home prices rise in March 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2019 in Lebanon rose by $16,500 while total sales decreased by 14%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2019, there were 37 homes sold, with a median sale price of $210,000 - a 8.5% increase over the $193,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 43 homes sold in Lebanon in March 2018.
