Lebanon home prices fall in February 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2019 in Lebanon fell by $2,750 while total sales decreased by 25.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2019, there were 26 homes sold, with a median sale price of $166,250 - a 1.6% decrease over the $169,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 35 homes sold in Lebanon in February 2018.
