Mason home prices rise in January 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2019 in Mason rose by $86,000 while total sales increased by 76%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2019, there were 44 homes sold, with a median sale price of $237,000 - a 57% increase over the $151,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 25 homes sold in Mason in January 2018.
