Avon home prices rise in January 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2020 in Avon rose by $11,600 while total sales increased by 10.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2020, there were 21 homes sold, with a median sale price of $277,500 - a 4.4% increase over the $265,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 19 homes sold in Avon in January 2019.

The median sales tax in Avon for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $4,799, approximately 1.7% of the median home sale price for January 2020.
