Pheasant Run home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Pheasant Run rose by $20,000 while total sales increased by 133.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $90,000 - a 28.6% increase over the $70,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Pheasant Run in the fourth quarter of 2018.
