Columbia Station home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Columbia Station rose by $64,750 while total sales increased by 68.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were 37 homes sold, with a median sale price of $200,000 - a 47.9% increase over the $135,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 22 homes sold in Columbia Station in the fourth quarter of 2018.
