Vincent home prices fall in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Vincent fell by $6,250 while total sales decreased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $33,750 - a 15.6% decrease over the $40,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Vincent in the second half of 2018.
