Columbia Station home prices rise in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Columbia Station rose by $53,550 while total sales increased by 80.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 83 homes sold, with a median sale price of $236,000 - a 29.4% increase over the $182,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 46 homes sold in Columbia Station in the second half of 2018.

The median sales tax in Columbia Station for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $3,373, approximately 1.4% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2019.
