Columbia Station home prices fall in February 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2020 in Columbia Station fell by $95,000 while total sales decreased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2020, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $100,000 - a 48.7% decrease over the $195,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Columbia Station in February 2019.
