Oberlin home prices rise in February 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2020 in Oberlin rose by $42,400 while total sales increased by 80%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2020, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $155,900 - a 37.4% increase over the $113,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Oberlin in February 2019.

The median sales tax in Oberlin for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,573, approximately 1.7% of the median home sale price for February 2020.
