Middletown home prices rise in February 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2020 in Middletown rose by $20,500 while total sales increased by 40.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2020, there were 66 homes sold, with a median sale price of $74,500 - a 38% increase over the $54,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 47 homes sold in Middletown in February 2019.
