Ross home prices fall in February 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2020 in Ross fell by $177,100 while total sales increased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2020, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $124,900 - a 58.6% decrease over the $302,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Ross in February 2019.
