Monroe home prices rise in February 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2020 in Monroe rose by $44,035 while total sales decreased by 14.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2020, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $213,135 - a 26% increase over the $169,100 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Monroe in February 2019.
