North Canton home prices rise in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in North Canton rose by $2,900 while total sales increased by 20.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were 71 homes sold, with a median sale price of $129,900 - a 2.3% increase over the $127,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 59 homes sold in North Canton in the third quarter of 2016.

The median sales tax in North Canton for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $4,610, approximately 3.5% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2017.
