Canal Fulton home prices rise in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Canal Fulton rose by $30,000 while total sales increased by 73.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were 26 homes sold, with a median sale price of $170,000 - a 21.4% increase over the $140,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Canal Fulton in the second half of 2017.

The median sales tax in Canal Fulton for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $3,490, approximately 2.1% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2018.
