Orchard Acres home prices rise in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Orchard Acres rose by $85,550 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $213,000 - a 67.1% increase over the $127,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Orchard Acres in the second half of 2017.
