Hartville home prices fall in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Hartville fell by $41,750 while total sales decreased by 79.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $91,250 - a 31.4% decrease over the $133,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 29 homes sold in Hartville in 2016.
