Fairport Harbor home prices fall in February 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2020 in Fairport Harbor fell by $26,250 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2020, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $70,000 - a 27.3% decrease over the $96,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Fairport Harbor in February 2019.
