North Perry home prices rise in February 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2020 in North Perry rose by $39,450 while total sales remained unchanged with four homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2020, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $209,950 - a 23.1% increase over the $170,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in North Perry in February 2019, as well.
