Perry home prices fall in October 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2019 in Perry fell by $4,700 while total sales remained unchanged with three homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2019, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $149,000 - a 3.1% decrease over the $153,700 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Perry in October 2018, as well.

The median sales tax in Perry for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $3,852, approximately 2.6% of the median home sale price for October 2019.
