Fairport Harbor home prices fall in August 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2019 in Fairport Harbor fell by $15,000 while total sales increased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2019, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $113,000 - a 11.7% decrease over the $128,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Fairport Harbor in August 2018.
