Willoughby Hills home prices rise in August 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2019 in Willoughby Hills rose by $8,500 while total sales decreased by 15.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2019, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $153,500 - a 5.9% increase over the $145,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Willoughby Hills in August 2018.
