Willoughby home prices fall in June 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2019 in Willoughby fell by $33,500 while total sales decreased by 21.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2019, there were 29 homes sold, with a median sale price of $166,500 - a 16.8% decrease over the $200,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 37 homes sold in Willoughby in June 2018.
