Perry home prices rise in June 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2019 in Perry rose by $6,950 while total sales increased by 200%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2019, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $166,950 - a 4.3% increase over the $160,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Perry in June 2018.

The median sales tax in Perry for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $3,852, approximately 2.3% of the median home sale price for June 2019.
