Perry home prices rise in April 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2019 in Perry rose by $45,000 while total sales increased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2019, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $169,000 - a 36.3% increase over the $124,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Perry in April 2018.

The median sales tax in Perry for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $3,852, approximately 2.3% of the median home sale price for April 2019.
