Fairport Harbor home prices fall in March 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2019 in Fairport Harbor fell by $17,681 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2019, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $98,570 - a 15.2% decrease over the $116,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Fairport Harbor in March 2018.
