Willoughby home prices fall in March 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2019 in Willoughby fell by $17,200 while total sales increased by 45.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2019, there were 32 homes sold, with a median sale price of $138,000 - a 11.1% decrease over the $155,200 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 22 homes sold in Willoughby in March 2018.
