Fairport Harbor home prices fall in January 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2019 in Fairport Harbor fell by $70,250 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2019, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $44,000 - a 61.5% decrease over the $114,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Fairport Harbor in January 2018.
