Mentor home prices fall in October 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2018 in Mentor fell by $6,000 while total sales increased by 14.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2018, there were 89 homes sold, with a median sale price of $144,000 - a 4% decrease over the $150,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 78 homes sold in Mentor in October 2017.
