Willoughby home prices rise in August 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2018 in Willoughby rose by $29,500 while total sales decreased by 20.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2018, there were 42 homes sold, with a median sale price of $167,000 - a 21.5% increase over the $137,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 53 homes sold in Willoughby in August 2017.
