Shoreland home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Shoreland fell by $26,650 while total sales increased by 75%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $75,000 - a 26.2% decrease over the $101,650 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Shoreland in the fourth quarter of 2018.

The median sales tax in Shoreland for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $2,508, approximately 3.3% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2019.
