Fairport Harbor home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Fairport Harbor rose by $6,250 while total sales increased by 10%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were 22 homes sold, with a median sale price of $115,000 - a 5.7% increase over the $108,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 20 homes sold in Fairport Harbor in the fourth quarter of 2018.
